A session of what I felt the most powerful compound moves cos I sweated a lot. Variations of previous moves.
Using a higher platform – oblique crossover with 4kg medicine ball with squat-one leg on platform one leg on floor – 25 x 2 sets per leg - total 4 sets. Right leg noticeably stronger than left.

Controlling shutter speed

Choose S for Speed priority
Choose thumb rotation dial for shutter speed of 10-15 for indoor to test. Shutter speed at F setting 50, 100 onwards and pic will be dark. Shutter speed at the H setting will be very slow and blurring will result. Dial left for F increase and Dial right for H increase.
